Empowering Widows in Mbaise: A Collaborative Effort with Remy Brown Foundation

The Wendy Harawa Foundation, in partnership with the U.S.-based Remy Brown Foundation, had an incredible experience in Mbaise, Nigeria, where we reached out to 50 widows in need. Our team provided food packages, Ankara (Zitenje), and shared the word of God with these resilient women. It was a truly heartwarming experience to empower them with knowledge and extend love and support.

During our visit, we connected deeply with the widows and community leaders, and it became clear that there is a significant need for help. The widows of Mbaise face many challenges, and the support we provided is just the beginning. The reality is, there are many more who are struggling and in need of assistance. This trip has inspired us to do more.

As we plan to return this June, we are reaching out to anyone who is able to partner with us to expand our reach and support even more women in need. With your help, we can make a more substantial impact and continue to empower these incredible women.
